Both practical and modern, it is the most effective
self-defense method

Adopted by elite forces all over the world, Krav Maga (contact combat) is recognized as being the most effective self-defense and hand-to-hand combat method in the world. It can be adapted to individual needs, meaning that anyone can learn it: men, women, young and elderly people of all ages and physical abilities.

These Krav Maga training classes are not designed to teach you to defend yourself without restraint, but rather to be able to defend yourself in legitimate situations. It should be mentioned that the skill to do so involves both mental and physical ability, and that's what makes the difference.

A summary of Krav Maga

A combination of the most effective techniques

The goal is to develop your ability to defend yourself in an instant and as directly as possible, all the while ensuring you're at minimum risk. We target the sensitive areas of the body, and also use objects within our reach. We draw on various fighting techniques, including boxing, wrestling and street fighting, and, once activated, your reflexes will allow you to pick the most logical, rational approach.

Reflexes and fluidity, not brute force

Krav Maga is based on reflexes and explosive movements that are quick and precise. To hone these skills, you will need to develop your self-control, not brute force. It's a method that is unique in its field, and one that is particularly clever.

There are no rules, but there are ethics

It's true that within this method, anything goes. However, this principle only applies if the goal is to overcome your adversary in order to defend yourself or someone else.

Confidence – your main weapon

By learning the art of Krav Maga, you will acquire a greater level of clarity, you will be able to anticipate what is coming and you will gain self-confidence. By honing all these skills, you will be capable of dealing with both the simplest and toughest situations.
